Controls
Touch count 0. Microphone idle.
Permission choice
Microphone is optional. Deny it if you prefer; the touch control remains available. Your browser may show a native prompt, use an existing decision, or route you to system settings.
Worked captures use mobile Chromium with a browser test microphone. On a real phone, device support and permission UI differ. No sound sample is saved.
Limit: a stream-active state does not establish speech recognition or a calibrated sound level.
