On your phone
Grant location only if you choose. Keep the watch brief, stop it, then reduce or clear the record. A stationary phone can still receive repeated fixes. Do not publish a raw route.
Worked captures use emulated location in mobile Chromium. Real phone fix cadence, movement and permission UI differ.
Limit: a count of location callbacks does not establish a physical walk or energy use.
