Explain

Even a 24-hour count can reveal a routine when linked to a place and time. Result retention controls how long that pattern remains available. Local processing and short retention reduce exposure; they do not supply a lawful basis or replace clear notice.

Technical boundaries

This example checks supplied design choices only. It does not measure RF or optical signals, test sensor error in a real room, identify people, validate a lawful basis, or prove that deletion works. Site geometry, uncertainty, human review, security, and rights handling need separate evidence.

This worksheet is a design record. It is not legal approval, a consent mechanism, or a deployment authorisation.

No account or network request is used. Downloaded JSON stays under your control. For current UK guidance, consult the ICO monitoring guidance.
