How To Read The Animation
The blue token is the manager writing or confirming configuration. The green data token is the scheduled device traffic. The orange dashed path is backup graph capacity that becomes important when a primary neighbor is weak or blocked.
The slot grid shows a compact teaching schedule. A real ISA100.11a system can use multiple superframes and many more link objects across routing and non-routing devices.
Technical Accuracy Notes
This workbench separates device admission and security provisioning from DLMO schedule activation. The DLMO part shown here is the data-link configuration: superframes, link opportunities, neighbor/graph context, channel behavior, and data-link state.
Slot duration, attribute names, and schedule contents are simplified for teaching. The model uses a 10 ms slot convention, IEEE 802.15.4 2.4 GHz channel numbers 11 to 26, and blacklisting as a visible way to remove persistently poor channels from the hopping set.
